Cellulite cure

Stop eating and drinking bad stuff and detoxify through deep breathing!

Cellulite is a collection of fat, fluid and toxins confined to solid network of elastin and collagen fibres deep inside the skin. Any part of body that is affected with cellulite becomes bulgy and then skin looks lumpy, white and colder than rest of body. The majority of women may develop cellulite in middle of the adolescence.

There are a number of treatments fancy treatments like topical creams, herbs, massages, dermological treatments, liposuctions, water therapies, electric stimulations and there are probably more. I do not know much about them, so I will tell you to improve your nutrition, detoxification and movement to radically tone and remove your cellulite as your best option.

3 simple steps to reducing cellulite

Cellulite cannot be treated just by using medicines and topical creams. In order to cure cellulite effectively one has to cleanse from within and follow three steps:

1.    Intake of healthy food and nutrients. I would recommend a mostly organic nutritional foods and only drinking quality purified or spring water. So remove alcohol, soft drinks, coffee or anything else with loads of sugar in it. Herbal teas are okay. Avoid highly processed foods, sweets, fatty, takeaway and any unhealthy foods.

2.    Maximise your body detoxification by deep breathing into your diaphragm for at least five minutes per day

3.    Introduce movement into your life which promotes detoxifying breathing and energising slow paced exercise such as slow squats with deep breathing, long walks or cycling.

Whatever the treatment you are taking to treat cellulite it is suggested to work around these three steps. It will really help to treat cellulite effectively.

One major cause of cellulite is an inactive lifestyle. Regular exercise helps you a lot to get rid of cellulite through deep breathing which accounts for 70% of the body’s detoxification. As we know cellulite is caused by improper circulation of blood in any part of body. Regular exercise increases blood circulation and also activate lymphatic system. Best exercises to treat cellulite include aerobic exercises such as brisk walking and swimming. Pilates are also found useful to treat cellulite. Pilate is the physical fitness system it stretches and strengthens muscles. If none of those suit you, try simple deep breathing for five minutes every day. Movement also softens stuffed fascia.
