I love the challenges like run 30km in 30 days. I had to cram it in the last week. And like I don’t push myself enough to walk more, so the walk challenge is always hard. I can tell you I did all four challenges at once in one month and felt very fit at the end of it, they include no of workouts in gym (easy for me), cycling certain miles, walking (my hardest one) and running in one month.

Lucky I can’t swim or my iphone would drown. Lol.
